Cancellation & rescheduling policy
We understand - life happens! Sometimes surprise situations may require you to reschedule your booking. Our Sessions are carefully prepared, & limited in availability. To open this space for fellow society members, we kindly ask you provide 24 hours notice. We do not offer refunds for cancelled appointments, however we are happy to find a time that suits your schedule.
*Same day changes will incur a $50.00 fee.
Product exchange & refund Policy
At SOCIETY OF YOU quality is paramount, we take great care through all stages of production and QA processes to deliver the ultimate product standard (because you deserve it!) However, on the rare occasion, imperfections can happen. In this case - our friendly society members service team will happily organise an exchange. If you are unsure about a product please reach out prior to purchasing, we are here to guide you and answer any questions you may have.
